Most ridiculous place to buy the parts I ever deal with.Guy name David - is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional sales person I ever deal with. My dad doesn't speak English and doesn't have a scanner - David didn't even want to listen anything, constantly interrupting and harrasing and keep talking nonsense. Wake up there we live in 21st century with CELL PHONES. Be aware - They ask all your personal information, with pictures, signatures, ssn numbers etc.STAY AWAY from sales persons like David and business like that.

Customer service is not good .We spent 10 days to order the part and we sent all documents they need and they cancel the order properly sell it to another one and they didn't call us to let us.Very bad customer service. 😑

Ad with me / them, found the part I needed( drivers side mirror) and low and.behold damn it, just so happens I found the exact fit for tires so what the hey all around $100 then get core for rims, won't be much but better than buying new and on same alum. Rims, the new are steel! We'll see how the winter and air treats them.

Great place for your average American, 1st visit was 20yrs ago. Just sold a vehicle for a great price after 13yrs of owning it. An now somebody can let their vehicle last longer with my old one:) it's a win win situation.

Always the best.... especially...Pat... Pat is very professional.... unbeatable... know him for more than twanty years.... always excellent customer service.... Mick & Rich as well....but pat is the best.... unfortunately, the shipping department is the opposite....... they don't know what they doing...... running a big business with such unejucated employees at the shipping department is shameful. If it's not because of Pat at the parts department; I would never buy anything from this place.

Will never consider these folks again for anything! Rude and condescending employees, total lack of organization and communication is definitely lacking.

David is top notch, he has great expertise on all auto parts, he is truly a great asset to united. I use him for all my part orders.

I came here to purchase a transmission for my shop. I drove all the way from ballwin Missouri (which is a 6 hour drive). They told me all I needed was a tax exemption number which I provided, but they said it didn’t work for some odd reason. Even though I’ve used this number for the past 10 years. They wanted to charge me 300 extra just for tax when I have always bought from other junkyards under that number. They all had an attitude and did not have a damn clue what they were doing. Terrible experience. Recommend you buy from someone else

Scammed tried to charge me $100 a piece for two used headlights. Found em online for half of that. Guy hung up on me rudely when I brought that up.
