Jose and Benjamin were very polite and extremely helpful! They were on time, a few minutes early actually and very professional. They we're able to work around getting a massive couch down our stairs with very little hassle as well as hauled off a mattress and a recliner that have seen better days. Few places are willing to come out to my area being right on the edge of oly and Tumwater but they had no issues with the location of the job and had very reasonable prices. I had made an appointment with the nationally known junk removal guys, but saw this truck driving on Martin Way. I memorized the phone number & called. When I got in contact, he agreed to come out & look and gave me a very competitive estimate. He agreed to come back the next day. He arrived early in the morning with two other guys. They had all the roofing & other construction materials loaded in their truck in 30 minutes. He let me know that the total amount dumped was about 3,000 pounds. I am beyond thrilled with the service I received from Universal Junk removal & Hauling. I contacted them about a load of trash I had gathered up (sacks of insulation from a crawlspace cleanup, old lumber and pipe from a remodel, etc) and the next day they arrived right on time. I was given a very reasonable quote and 1/2 an hour later they left me with a totally clean driveway. I was very happy and discussed future projects with Jose. Wow! Jose did an amazing job! We removed just about everything from my mother's kitchen. There was a giant pile under the carport where I showed him everything that needed to go to the dump. Let me tell you, it was heavy. We agreed on the next day to get it done but, to my surprise, they went back and took care of it that same day. Such a relief off my shoulders. Jose answered his phone on a Sunday and was diligent in keeping contact with me until the job was done. Very kind and professional. Would recommend their services to my friends and family.
