When I have a question I can call and the customer service department is very responsive, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am more than upset that the County Commissioners voted in a new service without consulting the public, who likes and wants WM. WM know how to run a smooth business with great employees. Horrible driver customer service on the commercial bins. Leaves bags that fall out of can or don't fit on the ground and then places the container on the trash and there are no wheels to move it to clean this up.It is sad they have a monopoly on the trash service in our area the previous companies we used that they didn't buy out were much better and less expensive.I hope the city open the bidding up to all vendors not just WMService: Junk removal

Overall, the WM crew is very on point. My only recommendation is to start offering Recycling options to the city of Dayton, NV residents. WM only offer trash pickup services in Dayton, NV.

Waste Management operates in the past. There is technology to make them more connected with the community that they choose not to implement. How about a notification system that texts or emails people reminders of the trash pick up and notification of trash being collected. A calendar sent in the mail once a year is super low tech, costly and wasteful.An interactive website map to show location of pick up for each address and for people to submit feedback on the condition and successfulness of collection.Finally, it would be nice to have a pressure washing service provided to clean out the bins after collection.Service: Junk removal

I've been a WM customer for 43 years and have never had even one complaint or misgiving. Excellent work all of the time. You almost don't even notice, because they are so reliable, consistent and professional. Services: Trash removal & disposal, Yard debris removal, Dumpster rental
