    Today, 12/6/21, is the 6th day without service.Despite numerous calls, emails, etc, NO ONE HAS COME TO PICK UP MY TRASHI have a home security system that videos everything around my house.Your worthless drivers havent even attempted to pick up my trash.Not only that, but they lied to you and claimed that they did.Now, your CSR reps have gotten NOTHING accomplished, a bunch of empty promises, bad attitudes, and a general lack of care. We are a family of 5 that pays for two containers. I also pay my invoices months in advance, you literally already have my next 4 months worth of payments in house and yet you STILL refuse to do what I pay you to do.When I pay money for something (you guys arent cheap) I EXPECT it to happen. Not be told that I have done something wrong. My cans havent left the road since last Wednesdays scheduled pick up....that has yet to happen.It is now to the point that if you do NOT pick up my trash tomorrow, I am going to have to rent a dumpster or truck in order to haul it off.In the event that either of the above happens, I will send you the invoice for either, along with a demand letter due to violation of contract.Services: Junk removal, Yard debris removal

    I have had service with this company for months now and not one time have they actually emptied my bin on time. I've had to call them every week and they've finally just stopped even sending anyone back out. My bins are out on time, Wednesday is my pick up day, and now on a Monday is still sitting full by the curb. Every week this happens. I'm paying to take my own garbage out. I highly recommend anyone considering this company to go with anyone else.

    Absolutely the most unprofessional company in the area. Weeks would go by without trash pickup. Their answering service is in Arizona and Texas, so impossible to speak with anyone locally. Cancelled service with them and still racked up charges for another two months. I am President of our HOA, and have dealt with many complaints from home owners. Finally, everyone else decided to leave them. Go anywhere else but here...even take your own trash to the dump. This company has also been reported to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs!

    After keeping Waste Management through our contract term plus 3 additional years our company decided to evaluate ours trash service verse recycling after receiving a renewal notice and the the constant fee increase.I returned the notice certified mail with a cancellation note, 47 days in advance. Based on the notice terms and criteria sent to me on that months on renewal letter.After we replied to the renewal request to cancel services by certified mail as stated in the terms on back of the notice which identifies the procedure and time frame specified on back in fine print.They proceed to tell us we have to wait 14 months to cancel that we missed the window to cancel or pay a large penalty.I referred them to the the terms on the back of the notice they just sent, that says respond at least 30 days prior but no more than 180 before the end of the contract term.Which I did with 47 days. There smug reply was that's not valid because the original 3 year contract signed 6 years ago are the actual terms which states cancel between 60-180 days to the end of your term.The terms on the notice are note my signed termsAs a business owner, I would think after 6 years of service how do we keep a relationship with a loyal customer, not can we squeeze an extra nickle from them. Even they could be a good customer for there recycle program. Instead this shows me that squeezing there customer is more important to them.My opinion steer clear if its to late ask for a non auto renewable contract and a set monthly charge. It helps to shop but I recommend staying away from this group. There are other groups that will be priced far and allow you not to do contract term periods.

    The run around this company has given me in the last two weeks is ridiculous! My service includes with every pickup 10 boxes if they are cut and flat. My pick up days are Friday’s and they are closed for the weekends. Last week at pick they left the cut, stacked, flat boxes. Called the office and they said they would be picked up on Monday for my extra pickup that I had ordered. So the boxes sat at the curb all weekend. This past pick up, 10 more boxes went out. Trash was picked up but the boxes left. I called the office and they said a “recovery truck” would be sent out. At 4:45pm on Friday afternoon no truck. I call the office yet again and I was assured they would be picked up by 6pm Friday. I explained to her the same thing happened last week and my neighbors are starting to give me “the eye.” Well the boxes sat there again all weekend. This morning, Monday, I call and was told a different story. That a courtesy pick up was scheduled for today. I told the office that was not what I was told. Again I was assured the boxes would be picked up by 6pm. It’s now 7pm. Tuesday morning soon as the office opens, I’m cancelling my service with Waste Management!

    ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give it LESS than zero stars I would. We moved in over a month ago and Waste Management refuses to come pick up a can on my property in Murrells Inlet that is full of trash that belonged to the prior owner. Their suggestion? Wheel it down the road if you want it off your property. The driver used profanity toward me when I asked him to remove. Said it’s not his problem. Have talked to 3 managers in the last 5 days. All promised it would be gone the next day. Find another disposal company like Waste Industries.

    Please please please never use waste management! I don’t care if you have to strap your trash to the top of your car and take it to the recycling center yourself. This company hides their fees, their customer service is horrific, their wait times trying to get customer service are astronomical and their managers are snarky and unhelpful. Please be advised that if you cancel service with them they will charge you over $100 just to remove your Can which they own!!! When you dispute the charge they will threaten to send you to collections… This is a horrible company with horrible customer service!!!

    You're better off WALKING. I called them and told them to pick up my trash on Tuesday and they came the week after on Friday. When I asked them why you didn't come on Tuesday, the delivery guy cussed me out! Horrible service. Just walk.

    I am a new Resident that recently moved into Covington Lakes East in Myrtle Beach. I have been fighting with Waste Management since day 1. I have only been there a month and they have not picked up my trash. We were a day behind due to the storm, which I completely understand, however they came through our neighborhood and picked up everyone else's except for ours, which I am sure being a new residence they just missed it...I understand all of that as well...So, my husband and I continued to call for 3 days straight after that and they kept telling us, oh we have 24 hours to pick up or oh someone will be by they have until 7pm...Story after story after story...here we stand on Monday and still trash has not been picked up...In the meantime to cover their ass, they have in the system that they attempted to pick it up but could not find the can...REALLY???How do you not see a Big Green Trash Can at the end of the driveway that sat there for 3 days in the sun????Customer Service Sucks and I will be cancelling my service IMMEDIATELY with them...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    Attempted to use this company for our trash pickup. I say "attempted" since they never showed up...not the first week or the second! Even called them to remind them to pickup our trash on pickup day the second week, "I will send them a message to make sure they get it this weekend" was the response from customer service. Still, they didn't show up. Called Monday to cancel and am told that they came by Monday morning! Ummm...that's not the weekend! Cancelled service.
