4 weeks of no trash service. I have called everyday for 3 weeks straight. I had to pay to take a truck full of trash after Christmas to another trash site. I was told I would not be charged however I still was. I have had neighbors call and complain about our trash. So every day it does not get picked up we have to bring it back up our driveway. I have called other trash companies and there not taking new clients. 😒 I am so frustrated and upset.

I rarely leave bad reviews, especially one star reviews but as others have mentioned, service has been absolutely abysmal. We are lucky to get our recycling picked up once a MONTH. This has now happened for 4 straight months and it seems like they are trying to get rid of customers on purpose. As much as they charge, you would expect decent service, but it could be further from the truth. They always say it's short staffing, and maybe it is, but other waste vendors in our area have no problem whatsoever.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The service has gone completely downhill since Covid. Staffing issues are understandable, however charging MORE for fuel and such when your trash and recycling isn’t picked up for weeks is absolutely NOT. No communication from them either. It’s become a guessing game of whether we should even take it out to the curb knowing we’ll most likely just have to bring it right back. Completely unreliable and not customer friendly company. We are canceling service after 4 years.

They claim they have a staff shortage and can't pick up trash and recycling, but still take your money. This has been going on off and on for at least 3 months. They say at this time they can't do anything to help customers for the inconvenience. This company is a joke. We will be switching.

If I could give zero stars I would. Happy to take your money but not actually pick your Trash up. Constantly missing recycling pick ups and expecting customers to go a whole month before they do it. Not good enough. Yet they expect you to pay for a service and not refund when they don't fulfil it and still the charges go up!! Think I will save myself some money and cancel my recycling service and just stick everything in my general trash... as at least they do seem to be able to pick that up more often than not... or better still I will be looking to take my money elsewhere.

WM has missed over half-dozen pickups at our home in under a year. They've offered every excuse (weather, manpower shortages, our cans not being out...which they were) and have refused to make their issues right. They refuse to refund or deduct for their missed pickups and since they make residential services commit to autopay, they basically hold your account hostage. I have left multiple complaints over the last year and today I terminated their services (after missing us last week, skipping this week due to weather, and having us sit on 3 weeks of trash). There is a smaller, less known company who's trucks are right as rain and Ill be tracking them down once I'm done with this email. Honestly, Id rather take the trash to the dump myself than deal with impartial customer service, unreliable disposal service, and just pure pompousness of a company that's outgrown its reliability to its customer base. Goodbye and good riddance.

Do not use waste management. They are spotty at best in keeping their pickup schedule. They also will not help you. If you call you are directed to customer service out of state and they will not be able to connect you to your local branch. Additionally they have raised prices again so you pay more from r.bad service. Don't believe the post they put below saying they will work with you. I did what they said before and they don't contact you to fix issues. Don't use them!!!!

The customer service agents are the only good thing about this company. I repeatedly do not receive service, especially after holidays, and the drivers lie about it forcing me to call in. If I could find any other company with nicer customer service agents I would already have switched. Do not choose them expecting prompt service and you should expect to have to call in.

WM is a horrible company. They have skipped pickups more often than they actually have picked them up. The entire neighborhood has more than a month of recycling piled up right now, and this happens all the time. on top of that, the drivers are rude and leave garbage all over the road. do NOT use WM. go with a local company. save yourself the headache of dealing with these people.

It's been terrible service over the last 4 months they picked up garbage & recylcin probably 3 or 4 times. In December 2021 our garbage didn't go now going on 3 weeks & it still hasn't gone. Called them 10 times & all we get is excuses . won't ever use them again we aregetting a new service beginning in January 2022
