    They were very flexible and willing to work with us to get my car in for repairs (we were out of state at the time). We did stop in once unannounced to check on progress and were invited back into the shop without even having to ask. They were timely, thorough, and overall great to work with.

    The people there are smart and fast they fixed the front end problems and the vibration in our truck new right what it was reasonably priced and they're HONEST!!! they showed me the things that were wrong told me what they were going to do gave me an estimated Bill and came inunder that dollar amount we highly recommend anyone needing front-end work wheel work mechanic work to visit the Pryor Western Auto I know I will again five stars Men!!!

    My Jeep stalled unexpectedly. Was referred to Ron by Chris of The Book Exchange; Ron left the shop to help me and was able to figure it out and gave me tips on what to do if it stalled again. Only charged twenty dollars! I will more than likely do business with him after how much he helped. :)

    Really pissy attitude on the phone. He ask make model of vehicle; then proceed to ASK if I wanted shocks installed. I said give me a quote both installed, and carry out. He says We are NOT a parts store! Well why did he ask...he was a real SMART ASS! I don't want to give them 1 star, but this review will not take less! I'm calling Western Auto HQ!

    I take a lot of different vehicles in all of the time, they are always honest about what's going on and what they can do to fix it. They always call before they go into anything expensive, I appreciate that. They are good at diagnosing things, give them a try.
