AMAZING experience with White River Toyota. My family has been shopping for several vehicles and due to this chip-shortage we have been reaching out to dealers out of state. This dealer is fairly priced and not trying to charge over MSRP like other dealers. The communication with White River Toyota has been better than any dealership in the East Coast. Finally a dealership that timely responds to emails and doesn’t only want to communicate on phone or in person like the other stores. The team is fantastic. Seamless sales experience with Sheldon and amazing management in place.Sheldon responded to every little question I had within minutes! Also a special shout out to Kelly! The sales manager Kelly Morrissette made sure we were satisfied and actually cared about the customer experience. Very happy.

Buying a car during the pandemic is painful, but White River Toyota made it less so. They scoured Toyota inventories to help me get a car faster- so I'd have less time in my rental car. They're communicative but not pushy. I appreciate Jason, Josh and Hannah.

Me and my husband tried to trade in a truck and we were told that the value was less then blue book value trade in price.Ended up going to Volvo and we were treated much better.My opinion is that I would go elsewhere .A friend of mine also was being ripped off on a trade in on her vehicle she was told it was worth a dollar.If my 2003 Corolla needs service I’m going elsewhere or doing it myself.Just remember if it’s older and runs perfect don’t fall for something new.I am disappointed in the management of this company they used to be a great place back in the old days where value and longevity were they key principles on Toyotas main selling point.I think the quality of the newer cars is less then the mid 2000s golden age of excellence.I can see things are sliding fast.Will go elsewhere for repairs.This is “my opinion”

It took some time, but great communication and contact through the process.
