    Not a fan of the extra fees associated with this corporate service. Calling and talking to anyone is a hassle because of the automated service. This company bought out my trash company and it was difficult to get them to pick up the old bins. They were slightly shady trying to absorb me as a customer as I did not want to agree to their terms of service.

    Great customer service in love the fact that they can bill me all the charges not just one or two and you still got to pay something upfront but***they bill you all the Chargers ***great for moving in the houseServices: Yard debris removal, Junk removal

    Missed trash pickup multiple times. Never can reach office and billing is a nightmare they will charge you but still bill out if you don’t call to rectify they will act like they aren’t taking your money will gladly charging your card. Service: Junk removal

    Honestly, I wouldn't have any other waste service for my home. There's been a few times where I've forgot or just have been sick and not able to take my trash out near the road...... Well those few times, the driver has personally came into my yard and got my trash can for me. That right there is going above and beyond their job duties....... I appreciate the great service I've had from this business for over 10 years.
