As a single woman, I'm skeptical about auto shops. Men often see women coming and think how easy it is to take advantage of them because they don't know any better, so I've become savvy about my car. I can't say enough great things about this shop. They were kind, communicative and fair in pricing. What they quoted is what they charged AND they didn't charge me any tax. JJ called me with updates every day. I hadn't planned on leaving my vehicle there, but I felt it was safe and they took very good care of me. When you see bad reviews of this place, I'm betting it was from someone who was a complainer and gives every business a low rating. They were wrong. Ladies, if you're looking for honest mechanics who are kind and thoughtful, this is your place. I will be back!

Love these people. Friendly and helpful, they have been taking care of my kid's old Toyota for a few years. Reasonable prices, and at least in my experience no pushy up-sell stuff or dubious dire warnings, just honest diagnosis and good solid work. Location is a mix of good and bad; easy to get to, but the Coit Cambpell intersection is a nightmare. If you go early it's not that bad. They have generous open hours and are open on Saturday!!
