I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot in August — a car I had saved for almost a year to finally buy something reliable. The same day I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I immediately brought the car back, and they said they would fix it. After about 10 days, I got it back, but the problem came back again. I returned it, and once again it stayed there for another 10 days. Soon after, all the dashboard lights came on again. I took it to a trusted mechanic who found misfires and several other issues that clearly existed before I bought it. The dealership sold me a car with serious problems and completely worn brakes — something that was never disclosed. The manager even told me that if the issue came back, they would take the car back or refund me. When it happened, they refused to honor their word and pretended that conversation was a misunderstanding. It’s been more than a month without the car — over 35 days including the times it stayed in their shop and now at the warranty shop. I’m paying for insurance on a car I can’t even use. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had, and I truly regret trusting this dealership.
