Would’ve been happy with the service had he not jerked our chain for 5 hours saying he was “on the way” every time we called to see where he was. Had he been honest and told us he couldn’t get to us till the end of the day, maybe it would’ve been a better experience. Only call if you have the whole day to waste waiting for them to finally show up. We only needed a forced regeneration (took 30 mins but had to pay the 2hr min plus trip fee). Was ok w the price when initially quoted 5 hrs prior to him actually showing up.
