Xavier and Justin were the nicest people. I suffer with PTSD and I am a little weary of strangers entering my home but Xavier and Justin up beat friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. I know if I ever need moving services again I would request those two guys and I would recommend them to others. They represent your company in a very positive way.

I like this store and what they are trying to accomplish. My criticism is coming from how they operate with their "sold" stickers they hand to customers upon opening their doors. As you enter the door, they hand you a sold sticker to mark any items you would like to purchase. However, twice now, people run to the good stuff, place sold stickers on it and use the sticker as a holder to get whomever on the phone to show them or wait until they arrive. I dont think that is a fair way to do this. Sold stickers should be placed once the items is PAID for. Not as a place holder to ward off other potential buyers while the person decides on if they want to proceed with the purchase of the item or not.
