Buyer Beware. I contacted Junkluggers in Williamsburg for a simple removal of a dining room cabinet. During the initial phone call, I was told there was a $100 minimum, which I agreed to, and that it would be approximately an additional $45 or so depending on size. That seemed reasonable. The day prior to pickup, I emailed them photos of the exact item to be removed so there would be no surprises. They knew exactly what they were coming for. When the crew arrived, I was effectively stuck using them. At that point, they quoted me $269 even after a military discount more than double what was represented on the phone. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If their pricing is going to be that high, it should be disclosed upfront, especially after providing photos in advance. Quoting one price to get the job and then dramatically increasing it once you have no real choice is unacceptable. Pathetic business practice. They will take your money in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend getting written, binding estimates elsewhere before using this company.

Junkluggers was fantastic from start to finish. Easy to interact with the online system to set appointment. The scheduler was professional and friendly. The two man team was fantastic. They were respectful of my property, quick and friendly. Pricing was more than fair considering all the stuff they took out of the house. I just had to point and move out of the way. Overall fantastic experience. Will definitely call them again.
