We’re not from the area — we were here for our son’s soccer game when we suddenly had a tire issue. After searching online for a well-reviewed shop, we found Mass Tire and Auto Service, and they completely exceeded our expectations. The place is clean, well-run, and everyone on the team is incredibly kind and professional. Special shout-out to Lonnie, Kevin, Matt, and the rest of the staff. They were efficient, honest, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to see a business that truly operates with heart. They even had stickers for our kids, which made the wait easier and showed how thoughtful they are with families. We felt taken care of from start to finish. We are so glad we found this place, highly, highly recommend!
