Where to start! They had one truck for almost 4 months. 3400 later the rear end is whining. I’m told the carrier bearing is bad. They told me I’m beat with only a 90 day warranty. The also worked on the trucks and left my air shocks disabled and hanging by two bolts on each side and none of them were tightened. They fixed an abs sensor but then, instead of zip tying it to the control Arm they shoved it in a hole. They also tested the rear break controller for my Reiner and left all the wires bare that they tapped into leaving the sheeting and copper exposed to rot away. I brought all these issue other attention just to be ignored They had our bucket for over two months and 4600 later I now have to have an exhaust leak fix’s that’s blowing soot all over the exhaust. The new mechanic also said that there’s way too much oil in the pan. I was charged almost 1000 last week just retake it to another mechanic to fix the issues from this mechanic! Problem is he has minions doing the work that have no clue what the hill they are doing. Pete doesn’t do the jobs himself which is the issue! Also expect to get a bill without ANY calls asking or telling you what it needs. He just fixes things without any communication and then sticks you with a huge bill. Last week I’m told that the reservoir was cracked so he took it upon himself to replace it almost 400 bucks. He charges me 90 bucks to remove a heat shield that took him 30 seconds to pull out. Par for the course that they will do what they need to make money with the least amount of communication. Once they do the work you’re stuck with a bill they force you to pay! If I would have known that non qualified kids were working on my trucks I would have went somewhere different!

Local, fair price, friendly, hospitality, and honest. This describes this place perfectly. They have given me rides home so I did not have to wait at the shop on stuff that would take awhile to complete. I know exactly what I'm getting , the price , why they claim I would need this part for whatever reason. If it's something that could be rebuilt, or taken from a pull apart instead of overpaying for new parts, they have taken care of that. I always felt well informed of everything that's going on. They warranty their work. For whatever reason, if they make a mistake the honor that and correct it. Finally, they're just good people, easy to work with. I highly recommend them over any mechanic shop in North Carolina, Even Virginia being that the location is extremely close to the state line.
