I can be a skeptical shopper, but my recent visit to Batteries Plus in Seekonk genuinely impressed me. I was greeted immediately, treated professionally, and Josh quickly assessed my phone and confirmed they could get the battery I needed. Although it turned out to be back ordered, the team didn’t miss a beat. I received proactive updates, check-ins, and helpful answers whenever I called or whenever they called me, because they reached out a number of times to let me know how things were going. Andrew even followed up after speaking with Josh to let me know the battery had been secured and would arrive Monday— and it did. Josh installed it in under an hour and kept me informed every step of the way. My phone is like new again. Their communication, effort, and service were exceptional—rare these days. I’ll be using them again, and I highly recommend the team at Batteries Plus.
