We had an accident this morning. It is our first time visiting Gatlinburg and we were on our way back to Indiana. I have called body shops to help us out on this emergency as we really need to go back to Indiana today but only Dodgen offered to help asap. We are so touched because when we arrived at their body shop, they helped us right away and they were very nice, kind and accommodating. Dodgen saved our day. They kindly fixed our mirror. I thank God for them. I pray for God’s blessings on Dodgen and God’s divine favor and blessing for the owner and all the employees.

I hit a deer in my 2019 civic and was recommended here by my insurance agent. These people are very friendly and do great honest work. During my estimate Steve came out and pulled the fender out so I could open my door all the way. I had to get a new hood, fender, and bumper as well as some extra paint and body work on the door. My right fender wasn’t paint matched correctly from a previous shop and Steve blended it perfectly at no extra cost. They also washed my whole car and even cleaned the interior. I was very pleased with their work. All finished in 4 days. I can’t say anything about pricing without insurance because I went through mine but they do great work.

Wtf!

Need a 10-star option for this shop. My sister and I are in Gatlinburg and had a bear break into her car, busting out the passenger rear window. I called this body shop and talked to Mr. Steve, he told us to come by and he would fix us up so we could drive back home to Savannah. They are the.sweetest family owned business. They had us out of there in less than ten minutes. They refused a cash tip and they truly blessed us! THANK YOU SO MUCH! ???
