We got into a jamb on our Tennessee vacation in our 40’ Tiffin Phaeton diesel motorhome. Dustin and Mark came to the rescue. They were responsive, calm and really patient with me as I asked way too many questions since this was my first tow in the motorhome. They went above and beyond with completely removed my electric retractable steps that were stuck out to insure a safe tow. They were so great that I even sat and had lunch with them. They are the definition of southern hospitality.

Unfortunately we were in an accident this morning. Southern Pride showed up very quickly on a busy parkway. Very professional when they came in contact with us. They loaded our vehicle on there rollback. We walked across the street to weigels to get out of the road. Instead of just leaving the tow truck driver pulled in to make sure we were OK and gave us additional information. He didn't have to do that but that was high class in a bad situation. We would recommend them to everyone.
