I had a very disappointing experience at Koons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (2050 Chain Bridge Road, Vienna, VA). I was told by Oscar that they would buy my car. Based on that conversation, I sent my brother to the dealership with the vehicle. He waited there for about an hour, only to receive an offer that was significantly lower than the car’s actual market value and much lower than what was discussed. It felt like a complete waste of our time. If the dealership had no intention of making a fair offer, they should have been upfront from the beginning. I would not recommend going there based on my experience. Please be cautious and don’t waste your valuable time.
