My truck broke down on the way to work and, luckily, I work across the street from Tyson’s Auto Specialties. Since our company already works with them for our commercial vehicles and we’ve always had a great experience, I decided to take my personal vehicle (a Dodge Durango that was overheating) over there. I dropped it off, left the keys, and filled out the paperwork. From start to finish, the communication was flawless. They kept me updated on exactly what was going on with the vehicle and what needed to be done. One thing I really appreciated was that they didn’t hand me a long laundry list of “extra issues.” As a woman bringing a car in for repairs, that’s always a concern for me, but they were honest and straightforward. They addressed the actual problem, fixed it, and gave me a clear receipt explaining everything. I truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty. I will definitely be returning for any future mechanic needs, and I’ll likely be bringing my other vehicle there as well.
