Specifically told them do not change my drums on my car, I just need the shoes replaced. They replaced the drums on my car anyway and tried to say that a groove is why they had to replace it. They could have cleaned/resurfaced it instead. They did not contact me regarding putting the new drums on, they did this all without consulting me. The principle of the matter, the fact I explicitly said not to do something and they did it without consulting me is the reason they have 1 star. Glad to have functional brakes, livid that they did things without my consent. They also didn’t put my car back as it was (my large cup holder adapter was in my glove box and my dog seat cover was half disassembled in my back seat — why?!) They also reset the 2 odometer settings that can be reset. This made me completely lose track of my mileage for my next oil change and is a huge inconvenience.

Second time bringing my car here. It is a very busy shop, and for good reason. They go above and beyond, are very friendly, and I trust them to fix critical systems I missed. For example, I brought the car in because the manual clutch failed, no clutch at all. Also, the rear wheels squealed loudly, which they thought meant I had a bad rear wheel bearing. I also had almost no emergency brake left, even though I had replaced the rear brakes about six months ago. I doubt the car would have passed it's upcoming inspection if they didn't fix it while just doing what we agreed to. Awesome guys, highly recommended.

I brought my 148k '09 outback here for service and repairs. They did a thorough job and charged a very fair price. They would send me regular updates with photos and videos, letting me know what issues they found and what would need fixed. They accommodated my unusual requests and I never felt pressured or uneasy. Great guys, great work, great prices, great customer service. Highly recommended
