Came here to fix a leaking tire. Had a nail in the tread...nothing crazy. Lady tells me it will be $75 labor plus the price of a patch so around $100 total. They proceed to plug the hole and it still leaks. Immediately without any second thought they try selling me a tire!!?? Are you kidding me? My tire only has 90k miles on it and is in great condition. This is a simple job! So I ask them to redo the patch and to waive the extra patch fee to which they agree. They put in a patch with a bigger stem and you won't believe it works...maybe should've done that first time around. Finally the guy gives me a total of $150 which is absurd for 30min of work. I politely ask him if he could help me out with the price. He proceeds to go off on me angrily about how he's barely making money and that he has to pay 2 guys to patch a tire...really?? He tells the guys to deflate my tire before we're even done talking. How unprofessional man...we've been in this business for over 15 years and you have no idea what customer service is. Thanks for fixing it second try and lashing out on me. Do better!
