A FAT 0 FROM ME! We are a professional repair shop that deal with tons of parts. I ordered a part from Brandon and verified the part number with him two or three times. Part shows up incorrect and damaged on the side. Okay, no problem things happen. When I asked for them to return it and pick it up, it took a week (they deliver down here daily) and additional two weeks for refund and to come to find out they wanted to charge me $165 restocking fee. I have been going back and forth with Brandon about this additional refund for three weeks now and he keeps saying it was pushed through, Non stop lying from this guy. And still havent seem the remander of the refunded yet. I should not have to pay a huge restocking fee on a part that they had inventoried incorrectly and did not check it before it went out the door. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work for a repair shop. An insurance company told us we needed to order a control arm through this supplier for work on one of our cars. First part came in very visibly bent with actual chunks taken out of the side. No big deal. We requested another one. The second one came back just as bad. When my parts guy called to request another one after that, the guy on the phone cussed him out and in so many words, told my parts guy where he can shove the control arm. Our parts manager called again and tried to diffuse the situation as politely as possible. He cussed us out again, told us he is keeping the $50 shipping fee and only giving us a partial refund on the part as a restocking fee. We’re not upset about receiving damaged parts. We work with a bunch of used part suppliers, and that’s not uncommon. It comes with the territory. What we are upset about is being gaslit by the guy on the phone after having received very clearly damaged parts. He was beyond rude and totally unprofessional.

Needed a AC compressor for my 99 Silverado and these guys had one cheaper than the "Pull N Pray" and I didn't have to sweat my balls off pulling it myself. Already installed it and its chilling me out blowing 33* air. Gotta love that. Thanks guys!
