I was in a pickle. I call American & import Auto. I needed a part that needed to be pulled out of a vehicle. Normally, you will call and it may take day or two. Since I was in a pickle, they immediately pulled it out within hours. I pay for it online. They was nice enough to put the part somewhere aside for me to pick it up after hours. Due to the fact that the holidays are here and they were not going to be open to January 2. That’s what business is all about. They care of the customer.Thanks for everything, Guys. Great place to buy parts from. I purchased a front differential over the phone, paid for it so that they would then get it pulled from the vehicle. When I picked it up I had them look at my old diff to confirm it was the correct gear ratio. Come to find out, it was not. I gave them the wrong gear ratio, my error. They were nice enough to open up the good diff to confirm it was not the correct one. They refunded my money and all. They were very professional and great to deal with. I highly recommend them.
