Bad expierence the owner is rude my dad had tooken his Nissan versa so they can put a new motor once it was ready and driving out from the shop the car started heating up my dad called the owner and he was being rude about it saying it wasn’t his problem he ended up letting my dad take the car back to the shop he had the car just sitting there for a couple of months since 2025 we would call his thing was “they’re still working on the car” which it was Bs my dad got a call today 01/20/26 that his car was ready and everything was working fine and same thing happend car started heating up again we’ve called the owner and no answer the owner is a theft NEVER AGAIN my dad paid him over 1,000 some for a shitty job.

Owner Joel Lerma said he was going to provide us with working car engine for us to pay him upfront so I did but engine never worked since got it. I've been dealing with issue for 10 months and 8 months out of 10 he had car to work on and still gave me a broken engine with issues. When I called him he still has nerve to be rude like if he's the one loosing here. He wants us to wait 2 weeks before he can even check car since its not priority to him. He scammed us out of money by saying he can offer me a service when he couldnt and refuses to return money back. I've been more than patient and feel taken advantage. This is my cousins vehicle and has almost lost his job when unable to find rides because he didn't have his car and when got it last month it wasn't even working properly and now we are told it's engine again this is unprofessional.
