Was told they would purchase my vehicle for $750 after specifically telling them the transmission was shot, VIA TEXT. I was even asked to provide a video of the engine running in which I did. Upon Southern arriving at my home to retrieve my vehicle, they suddenly changed the offer to $450 citing that they thought the motor was shot. Now what sense does it make that they thought the engine was shot when in the same text thread they watched a video of the motor running perfectly fine? Sounds like an attempt to pay less and that I would agree out of pressure. Don’t do business with these shady guys. Ended up calling Pickers 5 min after and got $100 more.

Needed a passenger window for my 2000 grand marquis, and was given the wrong part instead of giving me the right part and apologizing they instead antagonize me by asking who put it in there. I know how to install windows a mechanic knows how to install windows I even took a picture of the symbol and type and measurements of the window it didn’t match. So instead of just giving me the right window for my car they instead just refunded me my money and much I’m not disappointed with. I’m disappointed with the way I was treated by their staff, didn’t feel like a customer and I know for a fact he had another glass. He didn’t even bother to look as if he knew his stock like the back of his hand.
