Staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the pricing didn’t match the expectations. For example, I saw a heavily stained and damaged lampshade priced at $20 and outlet covers listed at $10 each. For a salvage store, I expected more affordable pricing that reflects the wear and condition of the pieces. I hope they’ll consider adjusting prices to better align with what shoppers typically expect in this type of store.

Customer Service is awesome!!! It's clean as a salvage warehouse is going to be. Do not wear anything really nice. Either go with something in mind or just go for the hunt of something unique. There is a great chance it will be at Pitsch Co.

Love going here the prices are greatI recommend if you do junk removal the lines a little bit long sometimes but if you catch him at the right time you're in and out they're very cool very friendly and very honest
