Horrible business, didn’t have the part I needed when I had spoke to them literally 2 hours before showing up. Then told me the part I as in hold but when I arrived there was no part on hold let alone any customer service

Whewwwww ok where do I start? First they sold me the wrong part ! I told them that my mechanic stated that it was the wrong part . What trigger the conversation to go down hill (THE OWNER) asked me did I even have the receipt and I just purchased the part less than 24 hours ago… Then he was stating well someone who took care of u is here and they said u stated it’s a 3.7 engine I said that’s not true because even on the receipt it states 3.5 and then he says well that don’t even matter, I’m like ok u brought it up . Then he personally wanted to talk to my mechanic because he couldn’t understand how it was the WRONG PART! My part had to be the exact same and it wasn’t He hung up with my mechanic and my mechanic CALLED ME FIRST ! I gave him 20mins to call me back and it was nothing ! So I called and it a story when they trying to see if they can get the part for you! Like if u don’t have it it’s fine just give me my money back ! Wasted literally hours going back and forth and nothing to get done!!! No type of urgency what so ever! Then when I came to get my money back the owner was not there ! So I didn’t have to wait to give u my money but I have to wait for mines when yu MESSED UP. Then when I brought it back I literally had to explain the reason why I was returning the part and THE OWNER CORY WAS THE ONE THAT HANDLED IT ALL! They’re very unprofessional it’s crazy ! No one has time to play to with y’all !!! My brother told me not to go there and I should have listen

Used to deliver auto parts to them. They are a bunch of jerks rude and disrespectful. Not to mention dishonest. Wouldn’t buy a lug nut from them. Very unprofessional
