I am writing as I had a poor experience at your facility recently. I called in advance to ask if you accept metal recliners. I was told by a staff member that you do. However, upon arriving, I faced several issues: No one was at the loading area to assist me. I had to go to the office to find assistance. The staff member I spoke with was unaccommodating, initially refusing the items, when I told I have spoken to someone before coming, then told a staff to accept it as mixed metal. Lastly, offering a negligible $3 fee for the entire load, of recliner and household metals, at the checkout station. As someone trying to properly recycle, I felt discouraged by the lack of professionalism. I believe your team needs better training on customer service and internal communication regarding accepted materials.

This is a recycling facility for *metal,* as the name implies. You take scrap metal to them, they pay you in cash on the spot for your effort. They pay competitive prices for things such as copper and brass, but be sure to check their website for what they do and don't accept before you go.

I would give these guys 5 more stars if I could. Amazing group of people. This was my first time and everyone was so every helpful. I had no idea what I wa doing everyone at each step was patient and helpful. I will certainly go here again!
