Initially went to this scrap metal once before and had good customer service. Got prices before I came this time, but did not have my price list with me. The guy that helped me was nice but was not as thorough as the first time I went. Did not seperate the cans and items like the first time. I got the invoice of what I would be receiving, and it did not seem accurate. I mentioned it to Robbie who works there, and he said, nothing I can do about it. I went home and checked my prices and called him, he was very nice and said he would put the money aside for me for when i came in the next time. I realized after the call that I was not given any amount that I was quoted on the phone couple days before. I called this morning to talk with someone about the difference prior to my going in today, and got Robbie who was very dismissive, extremely rude and told me that I am too much trouble for them and to go elsewhere. Took no accountability for the incorrect pricing and did not want to pay me the difference. Told me that the pricing changes daily, and He hung up on me. So apparently the customer service is not great or consistent. I have been to other places and this by far was the rudest place and treatment. I was not rude towards him. NO Manners or customer service or even respectful. Would not recommend for anyone. They don't stand by their quotes because they try to cheat you and then when you catch them and question them, they tell you to go elsewhere. Not reputable enough for me, and so disrespectful towards women. Can't reason with ignorance. Not to mention that he cheated me out of the money that he was supposed to pay me for their mistake. STAY AWAY FROM THERE.

I have been doing a lot of work out of my home garage on my trucks, changing brakes, clutches, suspensions, had a ton of scrap, even had a few tailgates that needed to be gone! My wife found this place on google. I packed up my mini truck and drove about 8 minutes from my house. Was greeted by Bill who looks like Axle rose. Very helpful as it was my first time there. The whole process was great. He was very helpful and fun to work with. Parked my truck after weighing in to see the weight of my truck, walked in showed my military ID got a check and a Thank you have a nice day! I said have a greets day. I left smiling and happy. Most definitely will use them again. So much better than the scammers at other scrap yards. Highly recommended!!
