The worst customer service ever. they scroll on there phone and don’t look up to even acknowledge you all five of the staff members. Trying to get help and pay is like pulling teeth. I’ve never had it be harder for someone to take my money. It takes so long for them to get to you (even when you are the only one in the room) that they had to cancel my pick up appointment and I had to come back the next day ( this happened to me twice in a row) they are so rude and every review dating back two years or so is about the customer service. Take the hint and fire your staff they are horrible.

I don't recommend anyone buy anything here. I bought a car and they won't give me the title. I ask for information about the title and all they do is create ticket after ticket after ticket and give me incorrect information. I've been trying for two days to get what belongs to me. I have emails with proof, I have all the tickets they themselves created, and nothing. These people are horrible.

The staff were nice but I had to come back times to pick up my Honda. Very busy establishment but I am pretty sure the next buy will go a lot smoother. Sold this car last week so all good and I appreciate them!!
