After a car accident, when I was already shaken and vulnerable, Grtten Wrecker provided information that was not accurate and appeared intended to pressure me into paying $600 out of pocket. The tow truck operator told me: My insurance would not cover towing my vehicle from a grassy area — this was incorrect. Their company was the only tow service that worked with my insurance — also incorrect. Because of these inconsistencies, we declined their service. My insurance company then arranged towing through Waco Towing, who completed the tow professionally, honestly, and without attempting to charge fees that were not required. Providing misleading information to accident victims is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to verify claims made by this company before agreeing to any services.

I had a blow out headed the Dallas… had my 76 yoa mother and young granddaughter with me… Dustin is who came out to help us and the service was excellent. He got to us so quickly which mattered because the sun was already setting. He was compassionate, patient, so knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way and above and beyond what most people would do to make sure we were taken care of. but most of all that we were safe. Not only did he follow us most of the way back.. he text me to make sure we made it home safe! Will be sharing this with everyone I know and recommending this company and wonderful man that helped us.

I had the best service with gritten wrecker coming to pick me up on the side of the road.The man was so nice and so kind.And so polite I was taken away by his kindness . He explained everything to me. He gently loaded my car up and took me home. And then loaded my car. Never so gently
