Hands down one of the most predatory, dishonest, and trash-tier companies in existence. Loss Prevention Services / Southern Assets Recovery towed my car, damaged it, and then did what they clearly do best — lied, dodged responsibility, and refused to pay for the damage they caused. And before they crawl into the comments with their favorite excuse claiming this is the “wrong company,” save it. It’s not. This is the correct company, and every negative review about them is 100% factual. If anything, these reviews are holding back. I submitted every piece of documentation they requested, including clear proof of the damage THEY caused, and they still chose to play dumb and act like accountability doesn’t apply to them. This isn’t a misunderstanding — it’s deliberate negligence and bad faith. The lack of BBB accreditation makes perfect sense because this company has no ethics, no professionalism, and no shame. This is not a business — it’s a liability. They operate by intimidation, incompetence, and straight-up dishonesty. To make matters worse, any time you actually try to call them, they are nasty, dismissive, and openly rude. No professionalism, no courtesy, no attempt to resolve anything — just attitude and hostility. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. They deserve their reputation, every bad review, and the growing list of people calling them out. I really want to say worst but, I want this review to stay here.

I don’t leave reviews too often but I called to get a price on getting my truck towed for the next day. The guy responded very quickly that he couldn’t tow it today or tomorrow and hung up very quickly. Very rude and terrible business ethics. Would not give business to someone like that ever.

Car needed to be towed this afternoon due to mechanical issues. Called my insurance at 2:30 to set up a tow truck. My insurance called out this company and the original ETA was 3:55. okay, fine. 3:55 comes and goes with no update. I call my insurance to ask whats up with the delay, they give the tow guy a call and he says he's stuck in traffic and will be to my car in 25 mins. Understandable. 25 minutes later NO SHOW OR UPDATE. My insurance tries to reach out to them multiple times and they IGNORED EVERY CALL. SUPER unreliable and a complete waist of my time having me sit around waiting quite literally all day for nothing. So disappointed in this company. Hopefully you don't have customers waiting hours if they're in a dangerous situation waiting for a tow. DO NOT recommend.
