Several weeks ago my son suffered a medical emergency while driving through Baton Rouge headed to Texas, that resulted in him being transported by ambulance to a local hospital. Having to leave his truck parked on the side of the road only added to this already very stressful situation. From Texas, we were able to work with Cool Catz towing to retrieve his truck and keep it safe until we could arrive. Everyone at Cool Catz was amazing. Not only were they professional but also sensitive to our situation and reassured us everything would be OK. They were amazing and I would happily use them again.

My brother was rushed to the emergency room Friday night leaving his truck on the side of the road. I called (from Texas) to help coordinate picking up his truck since we didn't know how long he'd be in the hospital and Cool Cats Towing sprung into action quickly. They sent us pictures once the truck was picked up and once back at their facility - helping us stay in the loop on where the truck was at all times. They treated us like family from the beginning and I'm grateful they could be there for my family in time of need. Highly recommend! Thank you again!!
