They are a scam 100%. They parked my car extremely close to two damaged cars with flat tires. After I left, they called the police and accused me of a hit-and-run involving the car next to mine. Later, when I read other reviews, I noticed similar complaints from people saying their cars were damaged while in this company’s custody. It made me worry that they may be trying to blame customers for damage that already existed. Because of their report, the police pulled me over and questioned me about where my car had been towed from. When I said it was from the Dunkin’ Donuts at Union Square, the officer immediately seemed to recognize the situation. It def looks like they did it so many times and worked!

⭐ 0 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience My moped was stolen, and after the police recovered it, I was instructed to pick it up at B&B Towing. I went there with the official police report and met an older man at the front desk. Instead of helping, he began asking unnecessary and condescending questions, like “Where did the police find your moped?”—which I clearly didn’t know, as it was part of the police operation. Eventually, he found my vehicle in their system and told me I had to pay $202 for towing. I was willing to pay, but I simply asked if I could try my original key to make sure I could actually start the moped and ride it home—reasonable, since it had been stolen and likely tampered with. He refused, saying he was alone and it was a long holiday weekend. I even offered to leave my driver’s license, credit card, and iPhone as collateral just to try the key, and only after begging did he finally let me. As expected, my original key didn’t work—the thief had changed the lock set. I then tried to retrieve my license plate from under the seat—which is registered in my name and legally mine—but was denied again. He wouldn’t let me take anything. I returned to the office, showed him the key didn’t work, and told him I’d have to come back with a truck to tow it myself. Still, no empathy, no support, just cold indifference. This business is exactly why they have such a low rating. I came there as a victim of a crime, and they treated me with suspicion and disrespect. If you run a towing service that handles stolen vehicles, basic human decency and customer service should come first. Instead, it felt like I was being treated as if I were the criminal. If you want my moped that bad, keep it. Between the $202 towing fee, $200+ for a new key set, and all the damage done, it’s not even worth it anymore. Thank you to the police for doing their job. Shame on B&B Towing for how they treated someone just trying to recover their stolen property.

Today I got my car towed because of a parking van in Cambridge, it was very unexpected because the snow was not set to start until 9 PM and my car was towed by noon. Despite this, I know the tow company did not set that ban and were simply doing their job. I’ve dealt with tow companies in the past that have made what was already a stressful experience even worse, and I have to say the people I interacted with at B&B towing were extremely polite, friendly, and had a sense of humor which made the situation better. Of course it was a very expensive ordeal ( no different than any other towing company), but all things considering I’m just glad the people that run/work for that company aren’t soulless and actually have empathy. It really makes a difference.
