EA Towing LLC in Tennessee went far beyond what I ever expected from a towing company. They came to get me at midnight, towed my truck, and then drove me all the way home to Manchester, which is 51 miles from where I was stranded. That alone deserves recognition. What made this experience unforgettable, though, was the driver, Lazaro. The conversation we had during that drive is one I will remember for the rest of my life. It was genuine, thoughtful, and humbling in a way that caught me off guard. We talked the entire drive. There was not a silent moment in those 51 miles. It was one of those rare conversations that reminds you why human connection still matters, especially when you are having a rough night and least expect it. I am deeply thankful for the service EA Towing provided, but even more thankful for the reminder that there are still kind, grounded, good people out there doing their jobs with heart.
