I wish I could give more than 5 Stars ! Brandon Schneider was Exceptional! I had some issues with another O’Reilly store , so wanted to see if another store could help me !! Brandon was that man!! His customer service to my problem was fantastic , the problem I had wasn’t even from his store and he was willing to help anyway he could !! I personally will be doing all of my purchases from the Berthoud store from now on!! Great job Brandon !! You won over my whole families business and will definitely tell other family and friends to go to your store !!

I don’t typically write reviews, but the customer service and helpfulness of Steven over at this Berthoud location was exceptional! Had an issue going on with the car, helped diagnose it, recommended an alternative part to what I’d been using, and helped install it in the cold. Awesome

We were towing a car hauler with a 2004 F350 when we lost power brakes, steering and charging, able to pull into Buckees and stopped. The serpentine belt was shredded. I called this location to check parts, and was helped by Steven E who said he would hold part and print out a diagram for us. While I was looking online for a ride share, a local Good Samaritan offered to drive me to the store and back. Steven sold me the belt plus recommended some tools. He said to call if we couldn’t fix it and he would help us out. Sure enough we couldn’t get it past the tensioner. We called back and Steven offered to come help us after work. He replaced the belt in no time at all. Pretty awesome at 9:00 on a Sunday night. He even texted me after awhile to make sure we made it to Parker. I have always been a Oreilly customer and will remain for life.
