The only thing I could ever say remotely negative about this venue is lack of seating. Some seating in the VIP section or maybe some fold out bleachers near the back. Regardless, it is an incredible venue, unlike any I've ever been too. Pictures don't do it justice. Sound is incredible. Staff is attentive, efficient, and awesome! Selection of food trucks, quickness through the gates, lines at merch and bars moving quickly, all five stars plus.

This place has a cool aesthetics, some neat features, and a lot of potentially, but personally I had a less than ideal experience.

I went to a heavy metal show in July 2025. First thing any metalhead (or anyone else who moshes at concerts) should know: the surface is 100% asphalt. If you hit the ground in a mosh pit, it's going to hurt. (I scraped my kneed through my jeans when I fell.) This is not the fault of the venue, but it is an important thing to know.

The food and water situation are pretty good! There's lots of hydration stations (mostly towards the back, but some on the sides) that allow for free water refills and we were able to bring in empty water bottles. There's food trucks at the back outside of the stage area and drink concessions lining the crowd area around the stage. I do love the use of food trucks here; it's cool to have a venue with a variety of food options available!

The layout has some good ideas. The whole venue looks really cool and has a neat vibe to it. The merch tent is towards the back directly opposite the stage, so merch lines don't interfere with the concert. I can't speak to how the VIP section is laid out, but I can say the VIP line was only clearly labeled at the very front, so it was easy to accidentally get in the wrong line. Many of us made that mistake, stood in the wrong line for 15 minutes. Staff did come out and verbally correct us (thank you), at which point we went to the back of the other line.

Parking: as the website says, finding a spot is difficult. There are nearby businesses that may open their lots, but space is limited and most of them only took cash. (For our show, they charged $30.) Also note: getting into those lots is relatively easy (though there is limited space), but getting back out looked very difficult from the traffic patterns I saw after the show.

The staff I interacted with were great and doing the best they could with the information they had. They redirected guests to correct lines and answered questions when asked. The security moved fast and efficient and gave helpful directives. I showed up with a partially full water bottle and they did not make me throw it away; they had me empty the water bottle on the ground and come through.

In terms of safety, I have to give the venue credit for prioritizing guest safety in the face of severe weather predictions. However, safety concerns did only appear to cover people inside the venue, as weather caused the venue to delay opening the doors until over an hour after the show's posted start time. The line wrapped around several blocks at least to the nearby overpass with little to no shelter from any severe weather. Once the show started, one of the three bands was able to play a set (though it seemed abbreviated). Shortly after they finished, the rest of the show was cancelled due to weather concerns. There was a police presence available outside to direct traffic when we exited the venue.

Communication is where this venue fell short in my experience. When the show was delayed by over an hour, the venue put up a post that said "doors will be delayed" on their social media pages, but did not post any information beyond that and did not contact any of the attendees to let them know what was going on. We had to go looking for this information. Later, when the first (and only) set of the night finished, the venue waited about 10-15 minutes before announcing the show was cancelled and allowed people to buy drinks in the interim. Guests were not allowed to take alcoholic drinks outside of the venue when we were required to leave. The venue did not communicate with us after the show; Ticketmaster had to tell us that the show was officially cancelled with no chance of rescheduling and that we would received a full refund (which did happen eventually).

I recognize my experience is not a universal one, but it is my experience. All in all, this venue has a lot of potential but a lot of factors working against it as well. I hope things improve such that an experience like mine will not occur again.

Went here for Simple Plan’s Bigger Than You Think Tour and had a blast!! Parking is almost nonexistent, but as long as you plan ahead and are okay with some walking it’s no big deal. We got there early and got to be so close to the stage, and the fact that they have a walkway down the middle that artists can run through was so cool. The show itself was fantastic, and I really appreciate how great the sound was. It was nice and loud, but not so loud that it doesn’t sound like music anymore. all around great time, especially for only $85!!
