Absolutely terrible experience at BYOT Auto Parts. The employees are dishonest and completely unprofessional. We specifically asked BEFORE buying if we could test the part right there in the parking lot and walk straight back inside to return it for a full refund if it didn’t work. They clearly said yes, no problem—we could do exactly that. We even mentioned that’s why we weren’t bothering with the extended warranty. We pulled the part, tested it immediately in the parking lot, it didn’t work, and we came right back inside (within minutes) to return it. Suddenly, they changed their story completely and said “oh, we only do replacements/exchanges, no refunds.” They straight-up lied to our faces and pulled a bait-and-switch tactic. This is shady business at its worst—terrible customer service, misleading customers on purpose, and they sell lemons. Stay far away from this rip-off junkyard/salvage yard. Go to literally any other auto parts place. 1 star is way too generous. Avoid at all costs!

This BYOT location in particular is the premier diy junkyard experience. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they always have sales. Not to mention the vip perks. They keep the yards clean as well. I go all over the place junkyarding and this is by far the best one. Lots of places will nickel and dime you to death, these guys use common sense and are very fair. 5 stars all day
