Stay away from this company. My car on their property, and when I came back, there was major damage on the driver-side door. When I spoke to the receptionist, she initially said, “No problem, you can file a claim.” But the moment I asked for the claim form, everything changed. She called her supervisor, and he told her “this is not our business”, and suddenly she claimed she could do nothing for me. I told her I wouldn’t take the car until they addressed the issue, and instead of helping, she threatened me with $250 per day in storage fees if I left the car there. They completely walked away from their responsibility and tried to pressure me into taking the damaged car without any accountability. Unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely not a company you want to deal with.

Visiting a toeing company is never fun. However, this place is fast, I was there about 5 minutes to get my car back. It didn't smell bad either like many of these places. They do a great job at a terrible type of business.

This company is viciously predatory. I was dropping off a DoorDash order at an apartment complex and left my hazards on to indicate I would be right back. As I was walking back down the stairs they were pulling away with my car. I wasn’t even there for five minutes. When I got my car back it had a bunch of lit indicators and it took me awhile to figure out how to fix the issue. Never had that happen with any other tow. That 5 minutes cost me over $300
