I was stuck on the side of the highway off 35 Downtown Dallas at 2 am with a total loss of power from dead alternator and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, impatient and lack knowledge to get my location for pickup. She became so frustrated that she couldn’t figure out where I was located for pickup and said, “I’m sorry I can’t help you”. And hung up. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible. Called and asked for a tow. They told me it might be an hour or more but they would give me a call back. I said okay and asked if it were possible to have the driver pick up the key from me at a different location nearby. I was told no and that I should just leave my key in the vehicle. I told her that the car was in a sketchy neighborhood and that I'd rather not leave the key in the car. "If you are comfortable leaving your car there, then what's the difference if the key is in it?" Just, WOW. I stupidly went ahead with it anyway. Waited an hour and hadn't even received a call with a status update. Called back and the same lady asked me how I'm paying. She had already asked this during the first call! I told her I would pay with a card and she rudely says "well, the name of your ID needs to match the card!" I had never said anything to imply it was not my own card I was paying with -- I told her they match and she says "well okay but it will be at least an hour and a half before my next driver is available." I told her I have already been waiting in my hot car for over an hour and she says "oh wait! I might actually have another driver that could show up any minute. I'll give you a call back!" I said okay great I really appreciate it, talk soon. I wait another 40 minutes and don't receive a call. I then decide that I'm tired of waiting in the heat and find out that I can leave my car in the parking lot overnight. I call back to tell them to cancel the tow and that I'll do it tomorrow. Someone else picked up and had none of my information on file and did not know I was even waiting!! I never received a call back from the other lady, either. Ruined my entire day and had me waiting in the heat for no reason. Horrible, horrible experience. I wanted to cry.

I broke down on I-30 and called Able 2 Towing because the reviews were great. They certainly live up to the great reviews! It took them less than an hour to get to me. The dispatcher was extremely polite and courteous and told me every detail that had transpired. He even called me when their truck was en route. 3 minutes later James pulled up. He was friendly, courteous and very professional and took great care of my car while loading it on the flatbed. I highly recommend Able 2 towing when you need fast, prompt and professional towing needs. Thank you James and the rest of the crew at Able 2 Towing! I'll spread the word about you guys!
