Failed to remember to plug my car in to charge over night and had to take my wife to.work in the morning. When i dropped her off car had 11 miles to go and nearest station to charge was less than 1 mile. Found out in searching that one and 3 others werent operational. Google search said i had another 9 to 11 miles AFTER my car hot 0. Nope! More like 3. Needless to say i didnt make it to the next charging station. Scott's towing got there in less than 45 min. Shane was fantastic, efficient and professional. He has been with the company for 3 yrs. Scott's Towing is blessed to have him. I know service when i experience it because thats what i do for a living. Im an auto broker and i help.clients get a better, less expensive experience when buying a car. I finally had a Kia Telluride problem that I had heard of yet hoped to not experience… the plastic oil filter housing developed a crack and I was fortunate enough to have stopped at Ridley’s in Wellington and caught it. Knowing I needed a tow, I looked up 24 hour towing close to my location and called Scott’s based on their 4.7 star review. My call was answered right away by a very nice woman (sorry I forgot your name) who took down my information and said someone would be out in about 40 minutes. Craig had called me shortly after to tell me he was on his way and my vehicle was on a flatbed in about 40 minutes after placing the call. I seriously can’t say enough positive things about Craig from how respectful he treated my vehicle, how efficient he was with loading and unloading, him thanking me for the type of work that I do and him acting as an unpaid therapist as I vented about my day. He is even so talented with his truck that he was able to quickly get my vehicle into my garage. From Wellington to Severance the tow was $210. I don’t have vehicles towed very often so I can’t compare pricing with other tow companies. However, not blowing my motor from oil loss and my vehicle landing in my garage so I can work on it is worth the price I paid. I highly recommend Scott’s and Craig if you’re reading this, thank you again brother!

Craig was a fantastic driver and a great help to me today. My old Volkswagen was struggling and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get her home. Craig was there in 15 minutes, got me loaded up in 5, and even dropped her off in a tricky spot and made it look easy. I won’t be calling any other service if I can and I hope I get a driver as awesome as Craig every time. Thank you so much for all you do!
