It was only 20min from providing them with my details to the tow truck showing up to take me and my electric vehicle to a charge point. $175 total cost for 15miles, not a terrible price especially compared to other local companies; and the driver was very easy-going. I’ve used New Era Towing more than three times within a single month, and every experience has been outstanding. They were always prompt, transparent with timing, and their pricing was very reasonable. During my second tow, Salt was especially knowledgeable and polite. He even recommended a mechanic who truly became a lifesaver for me. After servicing my first vehicle, my second car unfortunately blew a head gasket. Once again, the mechanic replaced the engine at a reasonable price with a fast turnaround. Got a tow in Greensboro recently from them and Markeese was fantastic. We called him for a quote to weigh options while we were waiting to here back from triple A. After waiting 2 hours for triple A to quote us a 5 hour wait time, we called Markeese back and he was there in 20 minutes. He even followed up with us between our first and second call to check if we still needed service. Once he got there he was fast, professional, and very helpful. He sent pictures to confirm my car was towed to the right place and gave me a detailed receipt. If you need a tow in the area, go to him!
