Called three places and they were the only ones to answer at 4pm. Great customer service by the person who answered the phone and the tow truck driver; reasonable time frame of arrival, and worth the price. I greatly appreciate the help in getting my husband’s vehicle from our home to the repair shop! I hope I don’t have to use a towing service again, but if I do, I will use again!

Road Angel was great. Someone had lost a piece of machinery in the road and I didn’t see it until too late and no place to go so I ran over it. Got a flat tire, called Road Angel for help. After about 30 minutes Caesar was out to change it. He was very courteous and nice. He checked underneath the car to make sure nothing else was damaged. I was on my way home about a1/2 hour later. Excellent customer service and great people. Thank you!

I had a flat tire due to construction and poor road maintenance in Princeton. I put on my spare, it was flat . I hopped I could nurse it to a station . No luck, I broke the bead. Called several companies from the search engine, but they were too busy for me. I called RoadAngel and got an answer immediately. Better yet, they told me Jimmy could be there in 20 minutes. I kinda snickered about that as he told me he was in McKinney and I was stranded in Princeton, on a side road. On a Monday Morning. I sat back for a 90 minutes wait. Jimmy called me at 20 minute, almost to the second, told me he had encountered traffic, but would be there shortly. It took about 30 minutes along 380 to get to me. (I personally think this was miraculous timing). Jimmy immediately noticed the broken bead, he didn’t have the necessary tool on his truck to reseat the bead (no shocker here, who is gonna carry a Cheetah with them) but he didn’t take me to Princeton Tire and dot a used tire for $47. With the tire mounted and balanced, Jimmy got me back to my car, mounted the tire in the car, and had me ready to go in just a couple minutes. I hope I don’t need RoadAngel’s service again, but I did save Jimmys number in case I do.
