The owner was very rude and obnoxious and has multiple people ( employees I presume) living in the tow yard where the vehicles are stored. Furthermore, my car wasn't even locked! In contrast, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and very professional and courteous. Thankfully, the rectitude of his affable staff make the interaction almost bearable.

Terrible experience! Did not do what they said. I signed a contract stating that they would repaint my door, and the insurance approved it. Kyle's decided they would just buff the marks instead of repainting the door even though they made the assessment that it needed to be painted. They did not call to inform me of this. When I picked it up, I noticed the damage was still there. They refused to abide by what was written and signed.
