Today was the first time I’ve ever meet Mr. Mike and Mrs. Shelby. My 18 year old daughter was involved in a crash on I-49 near Alexandria, and my vehicle was towed to All About Towing, at the request of LSP. I live about 3 hours away and went today to retrieve our property from the vehicle. When I got there, I was greeted by a driver, didn’t get his name and he immediately called Mrs. Shelby and she was there within a few minutes. While doing all the paperwork she engaged my daughter, which this was her first accident and made her feel better about what happened by just talking to her. We then went outside to get the property, in the light rain. All the sudden the bottom fell out and Mr. Mike stayed right there with us and helped get all my stuff. We all three were soaked to the bone, but he never left us. I really appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone needing a tow. You don’t find many people like them anymore. Thank you Mr. Mike and Mrs Shelby for doing what you do and making a bad experience better. Wanna also thank Chealsey for being so nice on the phone. Probably spelled that wrong.
