10 stars! I broke down outside of Alexandria with my two dogs on a Friday night. Bryan with Twisted Metal Towing came and picked me up and took me to the only shop that was open on Saturday and dropped me and my vehicle off. I had to call him back early Saturday morning because that shop couldn't work on my vehicle, and he came and quickly picked me up and brought me to George Hauk's Automotive (awesome shop!) to drop off my vehicle, and then he went above and beyond and drove me to the Enterprise Rental not far from here to pick up a rental car. Like usual with Enterprise, they were overbooked, so I called him back and he came back and got me and drove me to a different rental car place at the airport to get a car. I've broken down all over North america, and it's a terrible feeling, especially when you have your pets with you, and Brian went out of his way to help me out. He's good people. He's the one I will ever call if I'm in the Alexandria area and have vehicle issues. Thank you, Bryan and Twisted Metal Towing!

Dishonest tow pricing and hidden charges- avoid Twisted Metal Towing I ran off the road and needed a tow. The driver quoted me a price around $230. at the scene. After about 38 minutes stuck,, he towed my vehicle three miles to my house. When we arrived, he suddenly said the total was $470. including a $48.50 charge for gas that was never mentioned before. He also refused to unhook my car unless I paid immediately. I felt pressured and taken advantage of. This company practices bait-and-switch pricing and adds hidden fees. Be sure to get everything in writing before they start - I definitely won't use them again.

He said and I quote "I don't know nothing about that" when I called asking for help as my truck was disabled and all I need was a ride to the nearest gas station or at the very least brought some fuel. I couldn't even get it towed with this company so use them at your own risk. I used American Towing and recovery LLC instead!!!!
