10 stars! I broke down outside of Alexandria on a Friday night with my two dogs, and George Hauk's Automotive got my vehicle fixed up in less than a week so I was able to get back home to Texas for Thanksgiving with my family! They also gave me a Thanksgiving plate that they had here at the shop for their team, which was incredibly nice and delicious! These are good people! I would use them for all of my automotive needs if I lived in Alexandria!

There are amazing folks here at this place. Like family start to finish. The owners are approachable and friendly with decades of knowledge. Front desk super helpful kept me in the loop with info about my car. Also dog friendly and pet friendly place. Not over priced . Nice clean friendly place.

I went to Hawks to get my breaks and rotors changed and they charged me $460+ just to strip my lugs and almost cost me and my friend our lives. I called to advise them of the terrifying situation they put me in and they advised me that they’d fix the situation by simply not charging me for any further service needed as long as I provided the parts. Sounds good huh???? Negative cuz when it came time to hold their part of the deal they gave me a feeimagine driving in a city you know nothing of and all of your lugs except three coming off your tire.
