This tow company is very good. The dispatcher was very professional on the phone. Henry was the driver who picked me up & he was very nice from beginning to the end. He made sure to get me & my grandson on the truck safely from oncoming traffic. He got us to our destination in a timely fashion. He is a very good driver. I recommend this company if you need to be towed.

Towed from roadside due to snow emergency /storm declaration..RJB charged $400. for towing my car just a few miles 18 minutes away. They took the car after 6pm on Monday and i repossessed my car by 3pm Tuesday (less than 24hrs) the next day...they broke my hub cap and NO POSTED RATE EXPLAINS THE High $400 inconsistent charge. One rude attendant suggested that maybe we had no money on my account why the zelle didn't work. I went around the corner and used a banks ATM nearby.Interestingly...there's no justification for the varied billing charges! One gentleman was respectful and seemingly helpful but the rates need reviewed .

I believe Robert helped me out and he was my life savoir! Beyond thankful for him and how much help he was when my car died on Saw Mill Parkway. I’m not from the area and he was so helpful in finding me an auto shop that would look at my car same day. He was super friendly and reassuring. I just cannot thank him and RJB towing enough!! Thank you again!! Definitely recommend.
