Our experience at this store was extremely negative. In addition to the disrespectful service, with employees speaking loudly, arguing among themselves, and showing a complete lack of professionalism, we were also treated with prejudice for not fully understanding the language. My friend and I felt humiliated. Unnecessary comments and attitudes were made in a clear and embarrassing way. No customer should have to go through this kind of situation. We expected at least basic respect and professionalism, but instead found disorganization and arrogance. We do not recommend this place and hope management takes action so that no one else has to experience the same treatment.
